How I love you Philippine Government! DPWH officials recently Photoshopped themselves on to the disaster area of the last typhoon to look like they are super hands on folks : ) Ang saya! Here is the picture, it looks convincing at low res but enlarge it. And here is the analysis by this sharp eyed blogger. “If they can fabricate simple things like this, just imagine what these guys can do to progress billings and acceptance of projects.” I hope this makes the evening news. ————————
